830 A-Listers provides a digital guest list and verification platform for exclusive events, partnering with DJs, promoters, and nightlife venues. We offer dynamic digital passes, NFC verification, and SMS alerts.

2. SMS & Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

Our website at 830alisters.com includes an optional SMS opt-in checkbox. By voluntarily checking the SMS opt-in box on our web forms, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., VIP event invites, guest list confirmations, secret locations) from 830 A-Listers / Mestizo Media Group.

Consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of joining the guest list, gaining entry to any event, making any purchase, or using any part of this service. You may use 830 A-Listers and submit the guest list form without opting in to SMS messages.

• Message frequency varies based on event schedules (typically 2–8 messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text plan.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Instagram Integration & Verification

Our platform uses Instagram Login to verify identity and compliance with entry requirements (e.g., "Follow to Enter"). By authenticating, you grant us permission to view your username and profile picture. Venue security and door staff reserve the right to deny entry if verification fails or if the digital pass appears tampered with.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. Liability & Venue Discretion

830 A-Listers acts as a software provider for event organizers. We do not guarantee entry to any venue. Door staff, bouncers, and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at their sole discretion, regardless of A-List status or digital pass validity. We are not liable for any costs, damages, or disputes arising from denied entry.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to spoof, screenshot, clone, or tamper with the digital VIP pass or NFC tags.
• Share your personalized digital pass with third parties.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
